Please read the Rules and Regulations below before proceeding to register:
- Registration is open only for IMA Karnal members, their spouses, and dependent children.
- Registration fee per family is ₹ 1100 only which includes a gift and a special Jackpot set of 1 Jackpot Tambola ticket and 1 Mahalakshmi Diwali Matka ticket along with some more goodies in your welcome envelope. A limited supply of extra tickets would be sold at the venue at a cost of ₹ 200 each for those who want to increase their chances of winning jackpot prizes.
- Your gift would be delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure to pay your registration fee of ₹ 1100 to the bearer.
- Your Welcome Envelope would also be delivered to your doorstep, thus removing the bottleneck at the registration counter. Be sure to bring this envelope to the event lest you miss out on anything.
- No guests are permitted. However, if close family members are visiting during the festive season and you don't want to leave them at home, you can bring them along by paying their dinner cost only at a charge of ₹ 1500 per person.
- A maximum of 5 people can be registered per family. If in the unlikely eventuality of your family size being bigger than this, please contact General Secretary Dr. Rajat Mimani for registering more people.
- Please note that no on-the-spot registration would be available.
- Punctuality time is from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The first 50 punctual families will get a guaranteed punctuality gift worth more than Rs. 500.
- All members registering on the first day of registration, i.e. on Friday 14th October will be added to a raffle draw and a few lucky ones would stand to win some exciting prizes.
